The Contest

We created this award to recognize the artists defining what's possible in image-making today. We celebrate work that demonstrates a strong, fresh creative vision. We invited creators to bring their imagination to life across creative disciplines and styles on a new canvas.

The contest was free to enter and open to all. Three winners shared $175,000 in prizes, and their work was featured as a record of that moment in the field.

Selection

Entries were evaluated by Reve's creative team based on originality, craft, range, and impact. We encouraged the creative use of Reve across different visual approaches, and were excited to discover each artist's voice across many new worlds.

Note on Technical Craft

We were excited to see artists push the frontier of what the medium could do. Participants leaned into Reve's strengths, including legible text, fine detail, and high-resolution clarity, and treated each image with the same scrutiny they would bring to any finished work.

We encouraged close inspection of every image before submission. The strongest work held up under that scrutiny, with natural anatomy, true textures, and clean, intentional text throughout.

Submission guidelines

The contest was free to enter and open to anyone 18 or older with a Reve account. All submitted work was required to be the entrant's own original creation. By entering, participants granted Reve a license to use their submitted work, including for model training and promotional purposes, and submitted images they were comfortable sharing under those terms.
